What are the delivery times?▼
DPD pickup point: 2 to 5 business days. DPD Predict home delivery: 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day.
How much does delivery cost?▼
Pickup point: €4.90 (free from €150). Home delivery: €9 (€5 from €150). Metropolitan France and Belgium.
Do you deliver to Belgium?▼
Yes! We deliver to metropolitan France and Belgium, to pickup points and home addresses.

What is your return policy?▼
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?▼
Contact us via the contact form with your order number. We will send you the return instructions.
How long before I receive my refund?▼
The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return.

How does the CONNECT & LOVE programme work?▼
For every euro spent at JERIKO, you earn 0.5 loyalty points. 10 points = €1 discount. Points are valid for 12 months.
How do I use my points?▼
Log in to your account, add products to your cart, then use the slider to apply your points as a discount. From 10 points accumulated (€1), you can start using them.
Do my points expire?▼
Yes, points are valid for 12 months after acquisition. You will receive a reminder email 30 days before expiry.
How do I earn a €12 coupon?▼
Recommend JERIKO to your friends and family! If a new customer signs up mentioning you as their referrer and places a first order of €70 minimum, we automatically offer you a €12 coupon. Visit the "Recommendations" tab of your account.
